Refund policy

At Proper Leisure, every piece is made to order. This means each item is unique, crafted just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind purchases.

We stand by the quality of our collections and will always make it right if your order arrives less than perfect.

Our policy:

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, we will happily offer a complimentary reprint or a refund.

To be eligible, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Simply submit a clear photo of the issue to properleisure@gmail.com

There is no need to return the original piece.

Refunds & timing:

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).

Reprints are shipped at no cost to you.

Please note:

Improper size or color selection at checkout is not eligible for refund or exchange.

For undeliverable orders (e.g., incorrect shipping details), you may select a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.

For direct-to-garment (DTG) styles, subtle variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are part of the production process and not considered defects.
