Shipping policy

Every Proper Leisure piece is made to order and shipped with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, delivery times, and important international requirements.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Each piece is custom-made, so we appreciate your patience.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

U.S. Orders

Standard Shipping: $4.75+ | 2–5 business days once shipped

Priority Shipping: Calculated at checkout | 2–3 business days (where available)

Express Shipping: $7.99 + $2.40 per additional item | 2–3 business days including production

PO Box Delivery: Available only within the U.S. Please ensure your box size can accommodate your order. Express shipping is not available to PO boxes.

International Orders

Standard Shipping: $7.99+ | 10–30 business days, depending on destination

All international orders require a recipient phone number for delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These are not included in the checkout price.

Certain destinations (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, South Korea, Venezuela, Germany) require additional tax ID or customs information. Failure to provide these details may result in delays or returned shipments.

Customs Fees

Customs duties and taxes are determined by your local authority. Proper Leisure does not cover these fees, and refusal to pay may result in your order being returned to the sender.

Lost, Returned & Undeliverable Orders

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly as Proper Leisure cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen shipments.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may request a reprint at an additional charge or receive a partial refund.

Additional Information

Shipping addresses must be entered in Latin characters only.

Address Line 1 cannot exceed 35 characters; Address Line 2 cannot exceed 30 characters.

Orders shipping to certain international destinations may require additional documents or ID numbers to clear customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details at checkout.
